These fines de claire have the first Label Rouge ever awarded to a seafood product. Rigorously checked by us at the end of their ripening, of good and constant quality, they are necessarily green and leave no room for unpleasant surprises. .
They obtain their green color thanks to a micro-algae present in the "claire", the Blue Navicle.
Fines de claire vertes Label Rouge should not be milky; they will therefore only be available from the end of September to the end of May.
